At Caden Care Homecare, we combine years of professional experience, clinical expertise, and heartfelt dedication to deliver exceptional in-home care. Proudly locally owned and operated by Registered Nurses, we are dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and comfortably at home.
We specialize in non-medical home care services, including personal care assistance, companionship, respite care, and more—customized to each client’s unique needs. Our goal is to promote independence, dignity, and well-being, giving families peace of mind that their loved ones are cared for with compassion and respect.

Meet Our Staff
MEET LA SHAWN
La Shawn M. Mosley Chief Nursing Officer, Caden Care Homecare LLC
La Shawn M. Mosley serves as the Chief Nursing Officer of Caden Care Homecare. A proud graduate of the Community College of Allegheny County, Boyce Campus, La Shawn holds an Associates Degree in the Science of Nursing and is certified as a nurse aide instructor through the Penn State University, College of Education.
With over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, La Shawn has provided specialized care for patients in the cardiovascular ICU at UPMC Mercy Hospital and West Penn Hospital of the Allegheny Health Network. Her commitment to clinical excellence is further reflected in her active membership with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and the Women’s Business Enterprise Center East.
Driven by a passion for quality and compassionate care, La Shawn leads Caden Care Homecare in delivering high-standard, client-centered home care services to the Pittsburgh community and surrounding areas.
