Requirements

         High school diploma or GED required.

         Preferred: PCA, CNA, HHA, DSP, or Med Tech certification (not required).

         Valid clearances: Criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and FBI fingerprinting.

         Recent physical exam and completed 2-step TB test.

         Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

         At least one year of caregiving experience is preferred.

         Has reliable transportation with updated driver’s license.

         Prior experience in the same position is required.

You’ll provide coverage where needed—stepping in for open shifts or last-minute call-offs.
